Pick your metro area and the kind of help you're after, and this tool lines up the real national organizations and official locator tools that can point you to local help — without us inventing a business, address, or review that we can't verify.

What this is (and isn't): this is a directory of links to real national organizations and their official locator tools — like the Eldercare Locator, 211, and Meals on Wheels America — not a live map with pins, and not a list of specific local businesses we've vetted ourselves. Every entry below is either a real organization with a genuine local-chapter structure, or a factual, general statement about what tends to exist in a metro area of that size — never a made-up business name, address, phone number, or review. Pilot scope: we currently cover the 70 largest U.S. metro areas. If yours isn't listed, the national locators above (especially Eldercare Locator and 211) still work anywhere in the country — just enter your own ZIP code.

This highlights the broad U.S. region your metro is in — it's a simple visual guide, not an interactive map with local pins.

This is a general reference list, not an endorsement of any single provider, and not legal, medical, or financial advice. Availability, eligibility, and program names vary by location and change over time — always confirm current details directly with the organization.
